Mavera docs
Understand synthetic customer research, get your first result, and go deeper only when you need to.
Mavera helps teams pressure-test what customers might think before they spend to find out. You define an audience and a decision. Mavera records synthetic responses, calculates the results in code, labels the evidence, and tells you what should be validated with real customers next.
The bright line
Synthetic responses are model-generated. Statistics are calculated from those recorded synthetic response rows. A grounded audience can reflect source material you supplied, but it is still not recruited-human evidence or a population estimate.
Choose your path
Get your first result
Build one audience, ask one useful question, and read the result in about 10 minutes.
Choose by role
Routes for marketing operators, insights teams, agencies, workspace owners, and developers.
Inspect a completed study
Extract a finished research document into a source-quoted dossier and review its claims, design, and timeliness.
Know what to trust
Read evidence labels, synthetic sample sizes, realism signals, and validation limits.
How Mavera works
- Name the decision. Start with the choice you need to make, not a tool name.
- Define the audience. Describe the people or ground the profile in source material you are allowed to use.
- Choose the method. Talk directly, run a focus group, or use a structured comparison.
- Read the labeled result. Separate modeled reactions, source-grounded evidence, computed statistics, and the next real-world check.
