This guide is for the people who actually run research on Mavera: strategists, marketers, founders, account teams. No code, no jargon — every page walks a real task from start to finish.
The one-sentence version
You describe who you want to hear from, Mavera builds a synthetic audience of them, and then you talk to them — surveys, focus groups, interviews, or just chat — and get honest, labeled results in minutes instead of weeks.
The five things you'll touch most
| Where | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Mave (home) | Chat. Ask for anything in plain language — she plans it, runs it, and hands you the result. |
| Audience Builder | Create the people. A sentence is enough to start; your own data makes them sharper. |
| Talk | Have conversations: focus groups, interviews, debates, or a plain chat with an audience. |
| Workflows | Guided recipes with the cost shown up front — or describe a goal and let Mave design the steps. |
| My Research | Everything you've made, in one list you can search, share, and reopen. |
Honesty, everywhere
Mavera never dresses up synthetic data as real. Every number tells you where it came from — grounded in real records you uploaded, modeled from category knowledge, or a labeled estimate. When an audience can't credibly answer something (ask dog-food questions to a banking audience), it says so instead of inventing an answer. That's a feature: you can trust what does come back.
