The fastest research tool on the platform: a direct conversation with your audience.
Open Mave and find the π₯ picker
On the Mave chat screen, look at the row of controls next to the message box. The π₯ Audience button is on the left of the paperclip.
Select up to three audiences
Click it. A panel opens upward with your audiences listed by name β there's a filter box if you have many. Hover any name to read exactly who they are. Tick one or more (up to 3). Selected audiences appear as chips on the button.
Ask them things
Now every message you send is answered by those people, in their voice:
"What made you pick your current bank?" "React to this subject line: 'Your account, minus the fees'" "What's the most annoying thing about switching?"
Push deeper β it's still Mave underneath
Mid-conversation, all of Mave's abilities are still there:
"OK, now run a proper 100-person study on that last point." "Which of these three offers would move you? Rank them." "Summarize what I've learned from you into five bullets."
When the audience says 'that's not something my profile covers'
That's not a bug β that's the honesty system. An audience built for banking won't invent opinions about dog food. If you need them to know more, add data on the Ingest page or pick a more fitting audience.
