Persistent personas are best for diaries, longitudinal concept development, and following up on unresolved tension. They are not proof that a real customer changed their mind.

Create a stable persona key

Use a readable key such as budget-conscious-carmen. The same key selects the same memory record.

Choose an audience on the first interview

This establishes the persona’s source population.

Ask one focused opening question

The interview can deepen from there.

Return later with the same key

Mavera carries an explicit memory digest: prior topic, opening question, and the persona’s last substantive answer.
