The Signals surface contains two different products:

- Indices: calibrated levels such as economic anxiety. If durable anchor history or live coverage is insufficient, the UI shows calibrating instead of a number.

What current, dated signals could change [decision] for [audience]? Cite each real-world source and its date. Then separately model how the audience may respond. Do not present modeled reactions as sourced facts.
Unfilled variables remain in brackets.
Freshness state
“Current” means the source has an as-of date and acceptable coverage. It does not mean the model remembers something recent.
