Understand the container: workspaces
Everything lives in a workspace: audiences, research, context, brand, credits. The workspace name is at the top-left. Click it to switch between workspaces, create a new one (+ New workspace), or rename the current one.
Agency? One workspace per client keeps their audiences, brand kits, and budgets fully separate.
Invite your people
Left sidebar → Team → enter an email → pick a role → Invite. You get a link to send them (it's shown once — copy it). Roles in plain words:
| Role | In one sentence |
|---|---|
| Owner | The workspace is theirs — billing, deletion, everything. Their plan pays for all usage in it. |
| Admin | Runs the workspace day to day: members, limits, settings. |
| Member | Does the work: builds audiences, runs research, spends credits. |
| Viewer | Sees everything, touches nothing. Perfect for clients and stakeholders. |
Put guardrails on spending
Left sidebar → Usage → scroll to Spending limits. You can cap the whole workspace, one person, one project, or one conversation — each per day, week, or month.
Suggested starter setup:
- Workspace monthly cap ≈ your comfortable budget
- Per-conversation cap of a few hundred credits (protects against runaway sessions)
Hitting a hard cap blocks new work with an honest message — chat still answers, so nobody is confused about why.
Know where the money view lives
- Usage page — the dashboards: today/week/month, per-person, per-project, per-operation, trend vs last period.
- The meter under the chat box — live usage; click it for a breakdown without leaving the conversation.
- Settings (click your own name, bottom-left) — plan, invoices, payment method, cancel. All self-serve.
Who pays, exactly?
The workspace pays. Anyone working inside it draws from that workspace's balance — the owner's subscription carries the team. The Usage page's By person panel shows who spent what, so cross-charging clients or teams is trivial.
